Like a month ago I decided that the babies were old enough to sleeping training boot camp, so I started having a really strict plan for going nite nite, I started with a warm bath, put pj's on, I would feed them a little bit more than they usually get during the day and nothing is better than warm bottle with milk for babies, I will put them on their beds awake and the cry will start, I told myself than 10-15 mins of crying will be enough for me to handle and run to hug my little princesses, so yeah I put them all three on their beds and run to my room close the door and watch some videos on YouTube- I couldn't read because babies were loud, so I needed some loud distraction as well, so the first night they needed me to go to check on them and hug them and put them on bed 3 times, so it took 45 minutes for them to finally go to sleep, so I started at 8pm and they will wake up at 4am for another bottle but it was way better than 12am then 4am, the 2nd day I did the same, but my girls are smart though they knew already the cycle and they decided to go sleep after 30 minutes, so YAY! for mommy! after crying for 10 minutes put pacifiers on- singing to them- hug them and calm them down they sleep good until 4am again, the 3rd day It was amazing!!! I did the routine again, I get them really wrapped on their blankets I said goodnight to each one and gave them a kiss goodnight, and they cry for those 10 minutes but That was it no more crying! I didn't know what to do with myself!!!! I was so excited and started cleaning my house until 12am yeah I didn't know how to relax in a dirty house- So yeah that was a month ago, when we started the sleeping training boot camp!Now the girls are really nice at night, I do the same routine some nights I skip the bath because now they get baths in the morning- so I do the same but I added a heater fan, the noise + the cozy warm environment makes them sleep through the night and now they wake up at 5 or 6 even 8 am some days, Hailey wakes up at 4am usually every night but 2 nights ago she has been awake at almost 6am which is really nice! I am so sleepy anyways but THIS IS THE BEST PART after I feed them in the morning- which takes me less than an hour for all 3 in different times- I put them back to their cribs and they sleep until 9am in the morning!!!! So I do have time to sleep a little bit more, take a shower and get ready for my babies! Isn't life wonderful or what? YAY!!! for 5 months old babies!
